PERMANENT

INDICATIONS

Closure of superficial wounds & plastic surgery.           Black / for microsurgical & ophthalmic purposes. As with any nylon suture, though not absorbed, progressive hydrolysis may result in gradual loss of its tensile strength over time.

ADVANTAGES

Flexible, easy to handle and tie.                                Smooth passage through tissue.                                     Excellent histocompatibility.                                              Good knot tensile strength.                                         The knot sits very well.

INDICATIONS

Cardiac, Vascular, Plastic & reconstructive surgery,  Microsurgery & Gastrointestinal surgery. Neurosurgery. Skin closure (intracutaneous, subcutaneous)

ADVANTAGES

Superior smoothness & smaller tissue drag than polypropylene sutures.    Controlled knot run-down. Reliable tensile strength. Improved thread visibility for enhanced visual comfort. Lower memory effect than the market standard. High thread pig-tailing resistance. RacePack/LongPack packaging reduce memory. Reengineered pliability for good touch & controlled suture elongation in microsurgery sizes.
